J. Robert Black of Black Law, PC has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the family of a chemical worker who developed Non-Hodgkins’ Lymphoma (NHL). The Plaintiffs allege the decedent was exposed to benzene over a thirty year career as a pipefitter and operator. The lawsuit is currently pending in Galveston County, Texas.
